Diesel (OTB) seeks a Digital Content Coordinator in Milan to manage e‑commerce content, digital assets and social campaign delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce, edit and localise written and visual content for e‑commerce product pages, category pages and promotional landing pages to ensure brand tone and commercial alignment.
- Manage the digital content calendar and coordinate delivery of assets across channels (web, social, email), ensuring timely publication and campaign readiness.
- Upload and maintain assets within the CMS and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, enforcing metadata, tagging and version control standards.
- Collaborate with design, photography, visual merchandising and marketing teams to brief shoots, prepare image retouching requirements and QA creative deliverables.
- Optimise content for SEO and conversion by applying on‑page best practices, keyword placements and structured product descriptions.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, produce regular KPI reports and recommend iterative improvements to increase engagement and sales.
- Liaise with regional teams and external agencies to adapt global campaigns for local markets and ensure consistency across languages and channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience producing digital content for e‑commerce or social channels within fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Strong editorial judgement with demonstrable experience writing product descriptions, category copy and promotional copy that balance brand voice and commercial objectives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and common CMS workflows; familiarity with DAM maintenance and metadata standards.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and e‑commerce conversion principles.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across concurrent campaigns and deadlines.

Experience
Approximately 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital content, e‑commerce or social media roles, preferably within fashion, luxury or lifestyle retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, Fashion or a related discipline; practical portfolio of digital work preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
