Diesel seeks a Digital Content Coordinator in Breganze, Italy to lead global e‑commerce editorial, SEO and content performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align digital content initiatives across global and local markets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, product strategy and online channel objectives.
- Plan and execute editorial projects focused on maximising online conversion and customer engagement, including seasonal campaigns and capsule launches.
- Develop content guidelines, best practices and governance for global editorial initiatives and the Global Product Editorial Calendar.
- Design and optimise end‑to‑end e‑commerce customer journeys, collaborating with Merchandising and Marketing to align editorial output with online channel strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to integrate SEO, UX/UI and analytics insights into content production.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to identify opportunities for content innovation and commercial improvement.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable recommendations to enhance storytelling and business impact.
- Manage timelines, stakeholders and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in a similar role within the fashion or luxury sector, with evidence of managing multi‑market or global projects.
- Master's degree in economics, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proven aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration with Merchandising and Marketing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.

At least 5 years in digital content, e‑commerce editorial or related roles within fashion or luxury brands, including responsibility for multi‑market or global editorial projects and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
Education
Master's degree in economics, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
