Diesel seeks a Digital Analytics Specialist in Milan to optimize e-commerce performance through Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4. €42k–€48k annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from diverse digital marketing channels and platforms using Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare, with emphasis on identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting frameworks to track critical metrics including sessions, revenue, conversion rate, ROAS, bounce rate, and overall website performance
- Present data-driven insights and evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders, facilitating data-informed decision-making across the organization
- Lead communication with external digital and analytics agencies, providing strategic guidance and ensuring efficient budget allocation to achieve team objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, CRM, and IT to drive data-informed initiatives and ensure seamless analytics integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within fashion, retail, or luxury sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Contentsquare
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools and techniques
- Familiarity with primary advertising platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Fluent English; additional language proficiency considered advantageous

Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in digital analytics, with demonstrated success analyzing multi-channel marketing performance and deriving actionable insights. Prior experience within the fashion, retail, or luxury goods industries is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a closely related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 42,000 to EUR 48,000 per annum.
