Diesel seeks a Client Advisor in Zweibrücken, Germany — part- or full-time retail role focused on clienteling, sales and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality service that places the client at the centre of every interaction and decision.
- Manage end-to-end sales transactions independently, including operating the cash register/POS.
- Use storytelling to present the brand and product heritage, translating features into compelling customer benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term, authentic client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.
- Ensure the store meets Diesel’s visual standards by implementing global visual merchandising guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and stay current on fashion and market trends.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience; experience within established fashion or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Passion for fashion retail and client service combined with a commercial mindset.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury/fashion sector and product attributes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Very good command of English.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience in frontline retail sales, ideally within fashion or premium/luxury brands. Prior exposure to outlet or high-volume retail environments is beneficial.
Education
Secondary education certificate or equivalent; vocational training in retail/commerce or related qualifications are advantageous.
