Diesel seeks a Client Advisor in Wustermark (Berlin) — permanent outlet role, full- or part-time, with 30 days holiday and 13th salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised sales consultations and client service to reach sales targets and commission goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Diesel, upholding the house aesthetic and ensuring the store’s ‘look and feel’ aligns with brand standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising, replenish stock and ensure correct pricing and presentation of merchandise.
- Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately while following store cash-handling procedures.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and support after-sales follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales; previous experience with established fashion or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on client service and customer conversion.
- In-depth knowledge of product features and the luxury/fashion sector.
- Excellent communication skills and confident interpersonal presence.
- Very good command of English (spoken).
Experience
Proven hands-on experience in frontline retail or outlet sales, ideally within fashion or premium/luxury retail environments; track record of client advisory and achieving sales targets is valued.
Education
Secondary education or vocational training in retail/commerce, or equivalent practical experience in retail sales.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Wustermark, Brandenburg, Germany, with easy access to Berlin.
