Diesel seeks a Client Advisor in Wertheim, Germany — experienced retail professional for full- or part-time store position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by greeting, advising and servicing clients throughout the purchase journey
  • Prioritise the customer’s needs and perceptions, tailoring recommendations with empathy and personal attention
  • Use storytelling to convey product heritage, features and the Diesel brand narrative
  • Build and maintain long-term, authentic client relationships and proactively develop clienteling activities
  • Execute and reconcile all point-of-sale transactions accurately and independently
  • Maintain the store’s visual standards in accordance with global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
  • Contribute ideas for commercial and operational improvement and stay abreast of fashion and retail trends

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience; previous work in established fashion or luxury houses is an advantage
  • Passion for fashion retail and client service combined with a commercial mindset
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury/fashion sector and product attributes
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English

Experience

Previous experience in a retail sales role is required; candidates with background in branded fashion or luxury retail will be preferred.

Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related field preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Wertheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with easy access to Frankfurt.
