Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by greeting, advising and servicing clients throughout the purchase journey
- Prioritise the customer’s needs and perceptions, tailoring recommendations with empathy and personal attention
- Use storytelling to convey product heritage, features and the Diesel brand narrative
- Build and maintain long-term, authentic client relationships and proactively develop clienteling activities
- Execute and reconcile all point-of-sale transactions accurately and independently
- Maintain the store’s visual standards in accordance with global visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
- Contribute ideas for commercial and operational improvement and stay abreast of fashion and retail trends
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; previous work in established fashion or luxury houses is an advantage
- Passion for fashion retail and client service combined with a commercial mindset
- Strong knowledge of the luxury/fashion sector and product attributes
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English
Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales role is required; candidates with background in branded fashion or luxury retail will be preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related field preferred.
