Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Diesel's guidelines and offering personalized advice based on their needs.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the client database.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets while meeting KPI objectives.
  • Maintain and update product knowledge using available tools.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented in accordance with Diesel's standards and merchandising guidelines.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of product inventory to effectively assist clients.
  • Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as unpacking, labeling, inventory, and collection returns.
  • Adhere to store security directives to prevent theft and potential losses.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sales, particularly in the fashion, luxury, and retail sectors.
  • Significant experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury sector and a genuine sensitivity to products.
  • Recognized for reliability, interpersonal skills, and service orientation.
