Diesel (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Verona, Italy — deliver exceptional retail service, drive sales and represent Diesel's denim-led collection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, fashion-led client experience consistent with Diesel brand standards, converting interactions into sustained client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up activity.
- Offer expert product advice across denim and apparel categories, guiding clients on fit, styling and garment care.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and associated administrative tasks accurately and in line with company policies.
- Maintain window and in-store visual standards, ensuring merchandise presentation, stock replenishment and fitting-room protocols reflect brand guidelines.
- Execute clienteling activities using CRM tools to build and sustain a qualified client portfolio and drive repeat business and events.
- Support stock management including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team and leadership to deliver seamless operations during peak periods, launches and store events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally 2+ years in fashion, premium or lifestyle retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling POS transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Demonstrable ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and basic stock-management processes.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; willingness to support store events and launches.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of direct retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably within fashion, denim or premium lifestyle brands. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
