Diesel is hiring a Client Advisor in Verona — deliver premium retail experiences for Diesel and OTB Group, focusing on clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, client-centred in-store experience by understanding and anticipating client desires, needs and expectations.
- Engage clients through expert storytelling and consultative questioning to create personalised, long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Drive individual and team sales objectives through active selling, cross-selling across departments and achievement of assigned KPIs.
- Maintain exemplary shop-floor standards and visual presentation in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Handle client complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
- Contribute to loss-prevention and store security measures, including tagging and attentive floor management.
- Propose and implement ideas to improve the customer journey and remain informed about fashion trends and competitive activity.
- Support CRM initiatives to nurture client loyalty and optimise lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience within structured fashion or luxury retailers is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and clienteling skills.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Digitally aware and comfortable with CRM-driven sales workflows.
- Ability and willingness to evolve within the organisation; relocation flexibility is a plus.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred; candidates with proven track records in structured fashion or luxury retail environments will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in fashion, retail management or related fields are a plus.
