Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist each client with excellence, delivering an exceptional in-store experience at all times
  • Act with the client at the center of every decision, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations
  • Master storytelling and engage clients through thoughtful questioning to understand their style preferences and requirements
  • Create authentic, long-term bonds with clients by personalizing their shopping experience
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to line management when necessary
  • Drive sales performance through active floor leadership and accountability for individual and team objectives
  • Execute cross-selling initiatives across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
  • Maintain elevated shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Ensure high security awareness and take proactive measures to prevent product theft, including merchandise tagging
  • Stay current with emerging fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through CRM initiatives and personal connections

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Experience within structured Fashion Luxury or Retail companies is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution
  • Digitally aware and open to evolving ways of working
