Diesel seeks Client Advisors at Castel Romano Outlet in Rome. Full-time/part-time position with €23,241–€26,000 annual salary plus sales incentives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Demonstrate mastery in storytelling and engaging questioning techniques to understand client desires and expectations
  • Create authentic, long-term relationships with clients by personalizing their shopping experience
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
  • Drive sales performance through active engagement on the selling floor, cross-selling across departments, and achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge across the Diesel collection
  • Ensure shop floor and visual display standards comply with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to store security by preventing product theft, including merchandise tagging and attentiveness on the selling floor
  • Stay current with fashion trends and competitor activities to innovate service and merchandise presentation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles within fashion or luxury retail
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with natural client empathy
