Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist each client to provide an excellent in-store experience
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations
  • Demonstrate mastery in storytelling and engaging client conversations
  • Create authentic, long-term bonds with clients through personalized service
  • Address customer complaints effectively in liaison with the line manager
  • Drive individual and team sales objectives and accountability for results
  • Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge
  • Uphold high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display in compliance with company guidelines
