Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with comprehensive in-store experience, employing sophisticated storytelling and consultative questioning techniques
- Develop and maintain meaningful, loyal client relationships through personalized service and CRM initiatives
- Demonstrate active selling floor leadership to drive individual and team sales objectives while achieving targeted KPIs
- Execute strategic cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and individual commission targets
- Maintain elevated shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating to line management when necessary
- Ensure heightened security awareness, prevent product theft, and manage merchandise tagging and floor presentation
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitor activity, and innovative retail approaches
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that position Diesel as a premium casual alternative to established luxury market segments
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion luxury or structured retail environments
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
