Diesel is hiring a Client Advisor in Paris (Étienne Marcel). Join OTB's retail team to drive sales, deliver high-end client service and represent a leading fashion label.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to a high-performance retail culture.
- Manage transactions, returns and cash handling accurately using the store POS system and adhere to loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the salesfloor reflects current campaigns, stock rotations and brand guidelines.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and basic inventory record-keeping.
- Participate in store opening/closing routines, staff briefings and promotional events; represent the brand at client appointments and store activations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a customer-centric mindset; demonstrable results in meeting sales objectives preferred.
- Polished interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and approach to high-net-worth and fashion-oriented clientele.
- Strong presentation and grooming standards consistent with Diesel’s brand image.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Legal right to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience, ideally within premium or contemporary fashion. Candidates with a track record of achieving sales targets and building repeat client relationships will be prioritized.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent) required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail management or related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
