Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, guideline-driven customer service and welcome clients according to Diesel standards.
  • Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Apply CRM procedures and clienteling techniques to develop and maintain the client database.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling across product categories.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and overall presentation of the sales area in line with Diesel guidelines.
  • Manage stock knowledge and support inventory-related tasks (unpacking, tagging, cycle and annual inventories, collection returns).
  • Follow corner security and loss-prevention procedures to protect merchandise and reduce shrinkage.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
  • Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to improving sales performance.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for cross-selling across multiple product categories.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Experience

Confirmed retail sales experience is required, ideally with previous roles in luxury or fashion retail and a track record of building relationships with international clients and meeting sales KPIs.
