Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Diesel's guidelines.
- Offer personalized advice based on customer needs and preferences.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the client database.
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Maintain the sales floor according to Diesel's visual merchandising standards.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
- Participate in ancillary sales tasks such as unpacking, labeling, and inventory management.
- Adhere to store security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain the store's presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clientele.
- Experience as a Client Advisor, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
- Ability to perform cross-selling across product categories.
- Versatile and challenge-driven.
- Proficiency in French and English.

Previous experience in a client advisory role within the luxury or fashion industry is preferred.
