Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and assisting each client with personal care and empathy
  • Develop and nurture meaningful, loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Demonstrate advanced product and brand knowledge, educating clients on Diesel collections and heritage
  • Execute consultative selling through engaging storytelling, active listening, and strategic questioning to understand client desires
  • Drive individual and team sales objectives through cross-selling across departments and achievement of personal sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain shop floor visual displays and merchandise presentation to company standards, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures

  • Contribute to store security by monitoring for product theft, tagging merchandise, and maintaining vigilant floor presence
