Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the client experience and maintain in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Master storytelling techniques and engage clients through thoughtful questioning to understand their needs
  • Create long-term authentic client relationships by ensuring the experience centers on the individual
  • Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with the line manager when necessary
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the sales floor to drive individual and team objectives while maintaining accountability for sales results
  • Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to inform client consultations
  • Maintain shop floor and visual displays to company standards while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to store security by remaining vigilant against product theft, including proper garment tagging and merchandise management
  • Remain informed on emerging fashion trends and competitive landscape to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Drive sales performance by understanding client desires and crafting personalized experiences

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience or experience in structured Fashion/Luxury/Retail companies
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer, and Execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working
