Diesel is hiring a Part‑Time Client Advisor in Oslo — deliver premium client service, drive sales and support CRM initiatives at Diesel's Vestby store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, client-centred in‑store experience by understanding client desires, needs and expectations.
- Welcome and assist clients, using consultative selling and storytelling to present product and build emotional connections.
- Drive individual and team sales targets through proactive cross-selling, clienteling and follow-up on CRM initiatives.
- Manage payment operations accurately (returns, refunds, tax-free and remote sales) and maintain cash handling integrity.
- Uphold high visual merchandising and shop-floor standards in line with brand operational guidelines.
- Contribute to loss-prevention measures and maintain vigilance to protect merchandise.
- Resolve client complaints professionally and escalate to line management where appropriate.
- Propose creative ideas to improve sales, client experience and keep abreast of fashion trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience; background in structured fashion or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with a commercial mindset and passion for fashion.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage clients with empathy and authenticity.
- Comfortable with digital tools and CRM-driven workflows; adaptable to new ways of working.
- Willingness to grow within the organisation; flexibility and openness to relocation are assets.

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail environments is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or commerce preferred.
