Diesel is hiring a Client Advisor in Nice, France (Galeries Lafayette Nice Cap 3000) — permanent 35h role focused on sales, clienteling and visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service on the Galeries Lafayette Diesel corner to create memorable client experiences.
- Proactively advise clients with personalised product recommendations and storytelling to uncover needs and drive purchase decisions.
- Execute clienteling and CRM procedures to build and maintain a growing local and international customer database.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including cross-selling across categories.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales area is presentation-ready at all times.
- Manage stock accuracy and participate in routine store tasks (receiving, tagging, inventory cycles, collection returns).
- Adhere to store security procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a client advisor or sales consultant; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clientele, including international customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident sales closing and cross-selling abilities.
- Business-oriented mindset with a capacity to analyse and contribute to commercial performance.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Experience
Confirmed client advisor with prior retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or fashion houses, comfortable working toward measurable sales targets and serving an international clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous.
