Diesel (OTB) is hiring a Client Advisor in Monterrey, Mexico — retail sales role focused on clienteling, product knowledge and in-store customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across denim, ready-to-wear and accessories to inform and inspire clients.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and after-sales services with attention to compliance and cash handling procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and floor presentation, ensuring stock is replenished and displays reflect brand guidelines.
- Capture client data and purchasing preferences in CRM to support targeted communications and VIP servicing.
- Assist with inventory control, stock receiving, merchandising counts and loss‑prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, ideally 1–3 years with a fashion, lifestyle or premium brand.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico and reliable local mobility to commute to the Monterrey store.
- Professional presentation consistent with Diesel brand standards.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience in fashion or lifestyle brands, with demonstrable sales results and prior exposure to clienteling or CRM-driven customer management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary studies in retail, fashion or related disciplines preferred.
