Diesel (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Miramas, France — retail role focused on sales, clienteling and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding in-store client experience through proactive clienteling and personalised service to convert visits into sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs while contributing to team performance.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and accurately communicate brand DNA and product features to clients.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation, stock levels and floor replenishment meet brand directives.
- Manage stockroom activities including inventory receipts, stock replenishment and participation in stock counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, health & safety and company compliance procedures.
- Build and maintain client databases, follow up on leads and support local CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an advisory, client-focused approach.
- Numerical accuracy and basic cash-handling experience.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods, with flexible availability.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual presentation and store standards.
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive retail or sales experience in fashion, lifestyle or premium brands; demonstrated success meeting sales targets preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); vocational training in retail or fashion is advantageous.
