Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Develop and cultivate meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives, ensuring long-term loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, mastering the art of storytelling and engaging questioning techniques
- Manage sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Execute active cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and drive team objectives
- Maintain and uphold high standards of visual display and shop floor presentation, ensuring compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, escalating to line management when necessary
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual accountability and collective sales performance
- Contribute to product security and loss prevention by remaining attentive to potential theft and maintaining proper merchandise tagging
- Monitor fashion trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and service enhancement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles
- Experience in structured fashion, luxury, or retail environments (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commercial mindset and passion for retail and client service
- Competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, and customer focus
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in sales roles is required. Experience in structured fashion, luxury, or retail companies is preferred. Willingness to evolve within the organization and openness to relocate is advantageous.
Education
No specific formal education requirement is stated; however, a strong understanding of luxury retail and demonstrated passion for fashion are essential.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 23371.18 to EUR 26,000 per annum.
