Diesel is hiring a Full‑Time Client Advisor for its Milan (San Babila) flagship — customer‑facing retail role focused on clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client‑centric service on the sales floor, building long‑term relationships through personalised clienteling and CRM activities.
- Welcome and assist clients, using storytelling and consultative questioning to understand desires and convert opportunities into sales.
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive cross‑selling across departments and by maximising every sales opportunity.
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and floor presentation, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention measures, including correct product tagging and attentiveness to potential theft.
- Raise and resolve client complaints, escalating to line management when necessary to protect client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate product and brand knowledge; suggest styling solutions and keep abreast of market and competitor trends.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial mindset with a strong focus on client service and sales; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in structured fashion, premium or luxury retail environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create personalised client experiences.
- Digitally aware with familiarity with CRM processes and retail tech; openness to new ways of working.
- Willingness to develop within the organisation; mobility or willingness to relocate is considered an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous sales or retail experience is desirable; candidates with background in luxury or premium fashion retail will be prioritised. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using CRM to nurture client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or training in fashion, retail or visual merchandising is preferred.
