Diesel seeks a Part‑time Client Advisor in Milan San Babila — deliver exceptional client service and drive sales at the Diesel flagship store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, client-centric in‑store experience—welcome, advise and convert customers while building long-term relationships.
  • Use storytelling and consultative questioning to understand client needs and craft personalised recommendations.
  • Drive individual and team sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, cross‑selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and follow VM Corporate Image guidelines for windows and interior displays.
  • Support CRM initiatives to nurture loyalty and grow the client database.
  • Demonstrate on‑floor leadership: take ownership of sales processes, collaborate across departments and mentor peers when required.
  • Uphold security and loss‑prevention procedures, including correct tagging and vigilance on the selling floor.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity and product knowledge to continuously evolve the customer proposition.

Qualifications

  • Strong client focus and commercial mindset with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proven decision making, strategic thinking and execution orientation.
  • Financial acumen sufficient to manage sales targets and commissions.
  • Digital awareness and openness to new selling tools and processes.
  • Previous experience in retail sales; experience within structured fashion or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to evolve within the organisation; mobility/relocation considered a plus.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is required; prior experience in structured fashion or luxury retail is preferred and advantageous for performance in a flagship environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, marketing or business is a plus.
