Diesel Outlet Las Rozas seeks part-time Client Advisor (35h/week) in Madrid. Permanent position for luxury fashion retail professional with strong sales background and customer service expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist each client, providing excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Act as a master storyteller and skilled questioner to engage clients and uncover their needs
  • Create long-term authentic bonds with clients through personalized service and meaningful connections
  • Drive individual and team sales objectives through active floor leadership and accountability for results
  • Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve KPIs
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge while advising clients
  • Manage payment operations accurately, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions
  • Maintain shop floor excellence and visual display standards in compliance with company guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure security measures and prevent merchandise loss through proactive vigilance and proper product tagging
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, escalating to management when necessary
  • Stay informed of emerging fashion trends, market developments, and competitor activity
  • Develop and execute CRM-driven client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales roles, ideally within structured luxury fashion companies
  • Exceptional knowledge of the luxury sector and refined product sensibilities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language is advantageous
  • Proven track record in customer service with a commercial mindset
  • Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, and financial acumen
