Diesel seeks a Client Advisor in Madrid Serrano (full-time). Bilingual English/Spanish retail role delivering premium client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric in-store experiences by understanding client needs and tailoring personalised recommendations.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive CRM initiatives, follow-up and personalised service.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and expert product storytelling.
- Manage payment operations accurately, including returns, refunds, remote sales and tax-free transactions.
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual merchandising in line with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Actively contribute to loss-prevention measures (tagging, stock vigilance) and handle customer complaints, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor by supporting colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing ideas to improve sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; prior experience within structured luxury fashion or premium retail is an advantage.
- Strong commercial mindset with passion for retail, customer service and premium denim culture.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish (third language a plus).
- Digital awareness and openness to new working methods and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus and execution.
- Willingness to develop within the organisation; mobility/relocation considered an asset.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or retail roles is required; experience within structured luxury fashion or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or client service are a plus.
