Diesel seeks a Client Advisor (part‑time, 20h) for its Madrid Fuencarral store — clienteling, sales and CRM expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, client‑centred in‑store experience through active listening, personalised storytelling and meticulous service.
- Develop and sustain long‑term client relationships via effective clienteling and CRM initiatives to maximise lifetime value and loyalty.
- Drive individual and team sales targets through proactive cross‑selling, merchandising awareness and commercial execution on the selling floor.
- Manage transactional activities accurately—including payments, returns, refunds, remote sales and tax‑free procedures—ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising and shop‑floor standards in line with brand guidelines and participate in loss‑prevention practices (product tagging, attentive shop presence).
- Handle client complaints professionally and escalate to line management when required, preserving brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales; prior exposure to structured luxury fashion or premium retail environments is advantageous.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; competence in a third language is a plus.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digital awareness and openness to omnichannel working methods.
- Commitment to brand ambassadorship and deep interest in premium denim and Diesel culture.

Experience
Previous experience in customer‑facing retail roles is required; demonstrated success within structured luxury or premium fashion retailers is considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is favourable.
