Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client advocate, understanding and anticipating client desires, needs, and expectations to deliver an outstanding in-store experience
- Welcome and assist clients with personalized attention and emotional intelligence, demonstrating authentic brand passion
- Master the art of consultative selling through engaging storytelling and strategic questioning that uncovers client motivations
- Cultivate long-term, authentic client relationships through CRM initiatives and personal connection-building
- Manage payment operations with accuracy, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for KPI achievement
- Execute proactive cross-departmental selling to maximize sales opportunity and individual sales targets
- Maintain elevated shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to security and loss prevention through vigilant merchandise monitoring and proper garment tagging
- Articulate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to clients, positioning Diesel's premium casual positioning effectively
- Monitor fashion trends and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and client engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or retail roles, preferably within luxury fashion or structured retail environments
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and demonstrated product sensitivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle clients with empathy and care
- Commercial mindset with a passion for retail, client service, and sales-driven outcomes
- Digital awareness and openness to adopting new technologies and working methodologies
- Willingness to evolve within the organization

Previous experience in sales roles is required; experience in structured fashion luxury or retail companies is preferred.
