Diesel (OTB) is hiring a Client Advisor in Lisbon — deliver premium client service and drive sales in a Diesel boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience that reflects Diesel’s brand tone and visual identity.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a client database; manage appointments, leads and after-sales relationships.
  • Maintain merchandising and visual standards to local and global brand directives, including window and floor presentation.
  • Execute daily point-of-sale transactions, returns and cash handling with accuracy and compliance.
  • Support inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, backroom organisation and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with store team and management on promotions, events and operational tasks to ensure store performance.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, health & safety and corporate policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in premium or fashion retail, demonstrating commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on service and relationship-building.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail in merchandising and product presentation.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Professional demeanour consistent with a luxury retail environment.
