Diesel Client Advisor position in Leccio outlet store, Italy. Full-time and part-time roles available with €23,241–€26,000 annual salary plus commissions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients to provide an exemplary in-store experience at all times
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client desires, needs, and expectations through intuitive questioning and active listening
- Develop and nurture meaningful, long-term client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling across all departments, achieving individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Demonstrate brand and product expertise, staying current with fashion trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security by preventing product theft, including tagging merchandise appropriately
- Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, escalating to line management when necessary
- Show active leadership on the selling floor to drive both individual and team objectives
- Think innovatively about operational improvements and new ways of engaging customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within structured fashion luxury or retail companies
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and strong product sensitivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and personal care in client interactions
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Competency in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution
- Willingness to develop within the organization; openness to relocation is advantageous

Previous experience in sales roles is required; experience in structured fashion luxury or retail companies is preferred. Candidates with different levels of seniority are welcome to apply.
