Diesel (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor Intern for the Milano San Babila flagship store in Milan, Italy — hands-on retail internship in clienteling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily sales activity on the shop floor, including welcoming clients, presenting collections, and closing sales with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with clienteling and CRM tasks: capture client data, schedule follow-ups, and contribute to relationship-building initiatives.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions, returns and basic cash reconciliations in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure garments are presented to brand guidelines; assist with replenishment and store housekeeping.
- Support stockroom operations including receiving, tagging, stock counts and inventory organisation.
- Contribute to in-store events, product launches and promotions; liaise with store management to execute commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or vocational programme in fashion, business, retail management or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused disposition and professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- High level of attention to detail, reliability and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced retail team.
- Interest in contemporary fashion, denim culture and the Diesel brand aesthetic; eagerness to learn commercial retail practices.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required; the role is designed for students or recent graduates seeking practical exposure to flagship-store operations and client relationship management.
Education
