Diesel seeks a Client Advisor Intern for its Milan San Babila flagship store. Internship in Milan with on-the-job training and employee discount.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store team in delivering an outstanding in-store client experience and daily customer service operations.
- Assist in identifying client needs and delivering personalised product recommendations and styling advice.
- Learn and communicate product storytelling and core brand knowledge across collections.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain an organised, on-brand shop floor.
- Support sales activities including cross-selling, client follow-up and CRM initiatives.
- Help manage inventory flow, stock replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
- Monitor trends and participate in digital and CRM activities to enhance client engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme (Fashion, Business, Marketing or similar).
- Strong interest in retail, customer service and the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
Skills
Experience
Enrolment in or recent completion of a relevant academic programme; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma in Fashion, Business, Marketing or a related field.
