Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to achieve and exceed KPI targets while promoting Diesel’s brand values and product story.
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-based customer service and clienteling to build lasting customer loyalty and maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge, historical brand awareness and up-to-date familiarity with company policies and merchandising standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and on-floor presentation to Diesel standards, ensuring the store reflects brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Operate and support Omni‑channel services and initiatives (e.g., click-and-collect, online returns, client communications) to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Support and mentor colleagues on the sales floor; contribute to a collaborative team environment and help develop less experienced staff.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for premium denim, fashion culture and the Diesel brand; acting as a credible brand ambassador.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Adaptability to a fast-evolving retail environment and willingness to embrace new retail technologies and processes.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Fluency in Spanish is assumed for market effectiveness; English proficiency is advantageous (not mandatory unless specified by hiring manager).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of client-facing retail or sales experience is preferred; prior experience with premium, aspirational or denim-led brands is strongly advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; tertiary studies in fashion, retail management or a related discipline are a plus.
