Diesel (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Forte dei Marmi, Italy — join the boutique team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality service that builds long-term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and cash handling with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards to reflect brand visual directives.
  • Support stock management activities, including receiving, replenishment and inventory control.
  • Actively participate in product trainings, promotional activities and store meetings.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism at all times and convey Diesel’s product story and values to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a commercial mindset and demonstrable ability to close sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service orientation.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, peak season and special events.
  • Professional appearance and conduct aligned with a premium fashion environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team and adapt to a fast-paced store setting.
