Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, providing exceptional in-store experiences at all times
- Develop and nurture meaningful, long-term client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Demonstrate expertise in brand and product knowledge, educating clients on collections and features
- Drive individual and team sales objectives through active selling-floor leadership and accountability for results
- Execute effective cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales targets and KPIs
- Master the art of storytelling and engaging questions to understand client desires, needs, and expectations
- Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate to line management when necessary
- Maintain shop-floor visual displays and merchandise organization to the highest standards, following company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Implement security protocols, including product tagging and loss prevention measures
- Stay current with fashion trends, market competitors, and innovative approaches to enhance the client experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within luxury fashion or structured retail environments
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage authentically with diverse clients
- Demonstrated competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, and execution
- Commercial mindset with focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working
- Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage

Previous experience in sales roles is required. Experience in structured fashion, luxury, or retail companies is preferred. Candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 25088.14 per annum.
