Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, client-centered in-store experience by anticipating client needs and building long-term, authentic relationships.
- Welcome and assist clients, employing storytelling and consultative questioning to personalise recommendations and maximise conversion.
- Drive individual and store sales performance through proactive cross-selling, achieving KPIs and participating in promotional and concession initiatives.
- Maintain superior product and brand knowledge; present merchandise with exacting standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation.
- Follow company operational guidelines and stock procedures, including tagging and basic loss-prevention measures to protect inventory.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
- Contribute ideas to improve commercial performance and client experience, staying informed about fashion trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience; prior experience within structured fashion or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client service and styling.
- Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and understand basic financial drivers.
- Digitally aware and open to new retail tools and CRM-driven clienteling.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to develop within the brand; willingness to relocate is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in sales roles is required; experience within structured fashion or luxury retail companies is a distinct advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or business is a plus.
Workplace
This position is based in Fidenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, within easy reach of Parma.
