Diesel is hiring a Client Advisor in Düsseldorf (Königsallee) — permanent full- or part-time retail role with 30 days leave and staff benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client advisory and personalised sales service to achieve individual and store targets
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Diesel’s image and standards in customer interactions
  • Maintain an inspiring shop floor presentation and ensure the store’s look-and-feel complies with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Replenish merchandise, ensure accurate pricing and secure stock integrity
  • Operate the POS/cash register and complete sales transactions accurately
  • Build and sustain positive long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and service

Qualifications

  • Proven prior experience in retail sales; experience within established fashion or luxury houses is an advantage
  • Passion for fashion retail and client service combined with a commercial mindset
  • Strong knowledge of luxury product characteristics and an ability to communicate product value
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English

Experience

Previous hands-on experience in a retail sales environment is required; prior work in fashion or luxury retail is highly desirable.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.
