Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience and acting as a trusted brand ambassador
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive individual and team sales objectives and accountability for results
- Develop and nurture meaningful, loyal client relationships through personal connections, storytelling, and CRM initiatives
- Provide expert brand and product knowledge, conducting engaging consultations to understand client desires and create hand-crafted experiences
- Manage payment operations accurately, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions
- Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Ensure shop floor and visual display standards are maintained in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with line management when necessary
- Maintain high-level security awareness, preventing product theft through vigilant floor supervision and proper merchandise tagging
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitor activity, and innovative sales approaches to continuously improve performance

- Previous sales experience in fashion retail or luxury retail environments
