Diesel seeks a part-time Client Advisor (18h) for its Orio al Serio store. Competitive salary from €23,357 annually plus commissions and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the client experience, maintaining in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations
  • Welcome and assist each client to provide an exceptional in-store experience at all times
  • Master the art of storytelling and engaging questions to present products compellingly
  • Create long-term, authentic client relationships by personalizing the shopping experience
  • Handle customer complaints effectively in liaison with the line manager
  • Demonstrate active sales floor leadership to drive individual and team sales objectives and accountability
  • Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
  • Exhibit comprehensive brand and product knowledge
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to store security by preventing product theft, including tagging garments and merchandise
  • Stay current with fashion trends and competitor strategies to identify innovation opportunities
  • Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Drive sales performance by understanding client desires and crafting bespoke shopping experiences

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within luxury fashion or structured retail companies
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, financial acumen, and customer-focused execution capabilities
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
