Diesel (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Barcelona (Paseo de Gracia). Join the boutique team to deliver premium clienteling and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Proactively engage walk‑in and appointment clients, identify needs, and present product solutions aligned with brand positioning.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects Diesel’s brand image and seasonal directives.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and follow store cash‑handling procedures.
- Manage stockroom tasks including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Contribute to CRM activities (client profiling, follow‑ups, event invitations) to grow the store’s client base.
- Support store operational duties such as opening/closing procedures, housekeeping and compliance with health & safety rules.
Qualifications
- Proven background in retail sales, preferably within fashion, denim or premium contemporary brands.
- Strong customer‑centric attitude with proven consultative selling skills and ability to close transactions.
- Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards aligned with a lifestyle fashion brand.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in Spanish is expected; Catalan and/or English proficiency is highly desirable.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within fashion, denim or premium contemporary brands; demonstrated success meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is an advantage.
