Diesel (OTB) seeks a Client Advisor in Antwerp to deliver exceptional service, drive sales and grow client relationships in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a client database; execute targeted outreach and appointment scheduling to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation consistent with Diesel brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; manage returns, exchanges and after-sales care.
  • Support stock management including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention best practices.
  • Contribute to in-store events, product launches and collaborative initiatives with marketing and store leadership.
  • Participate in ongoing product and brand training to deepen product knowledge and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for sales with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to fluctuating priorities.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to meet retail scheduling needs.

Experience
