Diesel is hiring a Client Advisor in Antwerp. Join Diesel to deliver personalised client experiences and drive sales for a leading denim and premium casualwear brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences by understanding clients' desires, needs and expectations and by applying consultative selling techniques.
- Build long-term, authentic client relationships through personalised service, storytelling and CRM-driven follow-up.
- Drive individual and team sales results by proactively cross-selling across departments and meeting established targets and KPIs.
- Manage payment operations (returns, refunds, remote sales, tax-free) accurately and punctually.
- Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and shop-floor presentation in accordance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Actively contribute to loss-prevention measures, including tagging and attentive shop-floor security.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating to line manager when appropriate, and propose improvements to the client journey.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in fashion retail; experience within structured luxury or premium fashion environments is preferred.
- Commercial mindset with demonstrable client service orientation and sales track record.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt tone and approach to diverse clients.
- Strong product sensitivity and a solid understanding of the luxury/premium casualwear sector.
- Digitally aware with openness to multichannel sales and new ways of working; willingness to relocate is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within structured fashion, luxury or premium brand environments; prior experience within Diesel or other OTB Group brands is considered a plus.
