Diesel seeks an Assistant Store Manager at Castel Romano Outlet, Rome, to support store strategy, drive sales, and lead a dynamic team in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving store strategy to achieve optimal sales performance and creating a comprehensive 360° customer experience
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across each product category and client tier segment
- Deliver specialized customer service and cultivate meaningful, loyal client relationships through targeted CRM initiatives
- Model best-in-class sales performance and self-leadership by actively contributing to team dynamics and resolving challenges constructively
- Foster a cohesive, energetic, and innovative team environment by engaging with colleagues and seeking inspiration from diverse sectors

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a modern luxury retail environment
- Proven track record and confidence in team management

- Previous experience managing complex store operations
- Digital literacy and openness to new working methodologies
