Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to implement store strategy and ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs.
  • Drive sales performance across product categories through targeted action plans and client-segmentation initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional, specialised customer service and develop long-term client relationships via CRM activities.
  • Lead by example in sales techniques and self-leadership; coach and mentor the team to improve performance and resolve customer or operational issues.
  • Support recruitment, training and day-to-day store operations to maintain seamless, high-quality retail execution.
  • Foster an energetic, inclusive store environment by engaging with local community trends and inspiring the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role within modern luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and people management.
  • Demonstrable experience working to and driving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury sector, product sensitivity and premium client service.
  • Experience managing complex store operations and retail logistics.

Experience

At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within modern luxury or premium retail, with proven success in meeting sales KPIs and leading a retail team.

Secondary education required; higher education or vocational qualification in retail management, business or a related discipline is desirable.
