Diesel is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its Landquart store on a full-time basis. The role shares store responsibility, leads and develops the team, drives KPI optimisation and ensures excellent customer service and brand presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for the store.
- Represent Diesel.
- Set an example in customer interactions by delivering excellent customer service.
- Analyse and optimise all key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Motivate, lead, onboard and develop store employees.
- Develop strategies.
- Ensure Diesel is presented appropriately in the store.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience.
- Experience with established fashion or luxury companies is a plus.
- Passion for fashion retail and client service, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and specific product characteristics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good English skills.
