Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence
- Supervise store staff and coordinate scheduling to optimize coverage and service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise placement, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures across all store functions
- Support the development and training of store personnel
- Manage customer service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns
