Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs.
- Act as a positive role model, embodying and promoting Diesel's brand values.
- Develop management skills by taking ownership of specific responsibilities such as customer service, merchandising, and operations.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the management of sales staff and key functional areas.
- Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail management position, ideally within the fashion sector, is required.
