Role & Responsibilities
- Co-manage the store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Diesel, providing exemplary customer service.
- Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive store success.
- Motivate, lead, train, and develop store staff.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance store performance.
- Ensure the proper presentation and merchandising of Diesel products in-store.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Experience in established fashion or luxury companies is advantageous.
